Your new role
The Senior HR Business Partner will support the Divisional Operations Leadership team, to develop and implement the business plan. The Senior HRBP will be responsible for the development and delivery of people strategies, designed to maximise performance and to create a great place to work. Key focus areas of the role will include leading change management projects, TUPE transfers, complex employee relations management, talent management, workforce planning and employee engagement. The Senior HR Business Partner will manage a team of HR Business Partners. Additionally the post holder will lead Trade Union negotiations and consultations. Regular travel to other sites will also be required.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will be a true CIPD qualified Senior HR Business Partner, with strong strategic and operational HR Management experience. A background of leading a senior HR team within the logistics, distribution, supply chain, manufacturing, automotive or FMCG industry is essential. Candidates must be commercially minded, resilient, and be able to influence senior stakeholders.
