Job Details
We are looking to attract an In-house Recruiter to help steer our client's approach to hiring new talent. This is a newly created role, working for a private equity backed business that has a solid reputation in the North West and offers a supportive and flexible approach to working.
Duties will include:
*Lead and accelerate the in-house recruitment capabilities
*Develop the approach to hiring new talent
*Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
*Using a proactive approach to utilise opportunities from passive candidates
*Developing a talent pool and candidate pipeline
*Ensuring the candidate journey is a first-class experience through the whole recruitment and selection process
*Negotiating with agencies and advertising third parties
*Work with the wider HR team on employee engagement and talent branding
The In-house Recruiter will be able to demonstrate a successful track record working within an in-house/agency recruitment role, ideally in a start-up environment. You will be able to demonstrate resourcing and networking skills across a wide range of tools/platforms including Linkedin Recruiter. This role requires a dynamic, driven, pro-active individual with a strong background in successfully closing roles. You will have a strong network and have good relationship building/influencing skills. You will be a confident leader and will have line management responsibility for 1 Recruitment Assistant with the possibility that the team will expand over time.
