The role is permanent and full time based out of Altrincham and will be a stand alone generalist HR role.

Description
- Working as a HR Business Partner in a stand alone generalist role, you will be responsible for being part of a wider HR network servicing the site in Altrincham for all HR and ER matters.
- This person will liaise with the wider HR team based down south and travel to other sites where needed (mainly Northern).
- You will be responsible for all ER case management and advise on all policy and procedure
- You will be someone who can partner with senior stakeholders around HR strategy and key HR decision making, whilst picking up all HR Administration
- As per the generalist role, you will be responsible for recruitment and training for the site
- Management of project work
Profile
- CIPD qualified
- Drivers Licence
- Strong generalist HR experience
- Flexibility to travel in your role when needed
- Ability to partner with key stakeholders
