HR Advisor role located in Sheffield

A support public organisation located in Sheffield.
Your new role
You will be reporting to the Senior Human Resources Business Partner working on performance management and TUPE. You will be giving guidance to managers and employees on general Human Resources matters and perform grievances and disciplinarians.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a CIPD Level 7 qualification or studying towards this qualification. Have experience in Human Resources guidance at a large multi site organisation. Experience of creating/updating Human Resources policy. You will be willing to travel to different offices across the north when needed.
