Job Details
Oakleaf are working alongside a successful law firm based in Central London who are looking for a Reward Analyst to provide a main point of contact service for their Reward function.
As a Reward Analyst you will be reporting into the HR Business Partner - your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Assist with the annual salay and bonus review
Conducting compensation related activities such as salary benchmarking and job evaluation
Providing a main point of contact service for employee benefits, including the annual risk benefits renewal cycle
Providing a main point of contact service for technical issues relating to the HRIS
The ideal candidate will:
Have proven Reward experience, with a particular focus on compensation and benefits
Ability to pay key attention to detail and work with limited supervision
Ability to deliver information and provide excellent service to senior stakeholders
Proven experience working as a motivated member of a team
