Job Details
A London-based law firm is looking for an HR Officer to join their team. A large part of this role is to look after the trainee recruitment.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with the HRM and Recruitment Partner to design and administer selection exercises
- Oversee the compilation of the annual Trainee Recruitment Analysis Report
- Coordinate all aspects of the firm's workshops and assessment day
- Run interviewing training sessions
- Provide support and guidance to trainees including prior to joining, during their training contract and post-qualification
- Proactive support to trainees around the design and delivery
This person will:
- Have previous experience of the trainee recruitment process ideally within professional services
- Ideally have experience of performance management issues
- Have at least 2 years' experience of working at HR Officer level within professional services
- Educated to degree level and CIPD qualification is preferred
- Ideally have some experience of managing ER issues
