HR Officer (Graduate Recruitment)

A London-based law firm is looking for an HR Officer to join their team. A large part of this role is to look after the trainee recruitment.

Other key responsibilities include:

• Working closely with the HRM and Recruitment Partner to design and administer selection exercises

• Oversee the compilation of the annual Trainee Recruitment Analysis Report

• Coordinate all aspects of the firm's workshops and assessment day

• Run interviewing training sessions

• Provide support and guidance to trainees including prior to joining, during their training contract and post-qualification

• Proactive support to trainees around the design and delivery

This person will:

• Have previous experience of the trainee recruitment process ideally within professional services

• Ideally have experience of performance management issues

• Have at least 2 years' experience of working at HR Officer level within professional services

• Educated to degree level and CIPD qualification is preferred

• Ideally have some experience of managing ER issues
