About the company
Ashley Kate are excited to be working with a forward thinking, start-up company in their search for a Talent/Recruitment Manager to add to their expanding team on an initial 6 month FTC.

About the role
This is a brand new role added to support the recent growth that the company has experienced. This growth has no sign of slowing so the role has a strong opportunity of going permanent. The main duties will include -
You will be responsible for managing the channels and processes to hire top talent across certain regions.
The role is highly delivery focused and you will be experienced with social channels as well as the more traditional methods of finding talent, including sourcing some yourself via LinkedIn or similar.
You will conduct market analysis and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for open hires ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience, including direct sourcing, screening, interviewing qualified candidates, negotiation and offer.
You will work closely with the wider team to fully understand their hiring needs and provide them with regular updates on the status of their open roles.
You will partner with specialist recruitment agencies to build a strong pool of quality candidates..
You will also ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for all new hires including ensuring all relevant documentation is complete and new starter inductions are undertaken.

About you

The ideal candidate will have the following skills & experience:

*Extensive experience from within a similar role.
*The ability to coordinate multiple recruitment processes at the same time.
*Experience with direct sourcing from Linkedin and job boards.
*Ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner and build strong working relationships.
*Data driven and have a natural interest in tracking data for reporting purposes.
*Proficient in the use of social media
*An interest in social media and employer branding
*Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in HR Systems, MS Word and Excel
*Excellent working knowledge of recruitment practices and rules.
*Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
