Description

As the Knowledge Manager you will be leading a small team and you will be responsible for the day to day operations to provide access to knowledge and information resources for the wider business.

This role is a perfect choice for an individual who already had a proven background within BI and research, and looking for an opportunity where you will be empowered to work with autonomy and given the support to deliver both your personal and team objectives.

You will be taking ownership for :

*Work with internal clients to scope, agree and deliver research and analysis to agreed deadlines

*Undertaking research on clients and market intelligence

*Providing profiles and reports to support business development activities

*Trend reporting, proactive analysis and assessment of research topics

*Strategic client SWOT tending opportunities

*Business analytic tracking for sectors

Profile

To be successful in this role you will be a natural leader, who thrives on working in a data-centric and results focused environment and has proven experience of supporting, developing and motivating your team to achieve both individual and team objectives.

You will be looking for a well established business where you will have access to a wide range of resources to help your team succeed, and keen for a pivotal role within a business where they truly understand the value of BI and how it can enhance the success of a business.

You will also offer;

*Advanced IT Skills including software such as BI, Sharepoint and Advanced Excel

*Highly commercial and confident approach to presenting data to senior stakeholders

*Experience working within Legal or Professional Services sectors
