Global consultancy are seeking a HR Business Partner for a 12 months fixed term contract. This organisation are top of their game.

This is a standalone role in which you will be responsible for:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers in the business
  • Develop and deliver the L&D strategy
  • Lead on the development of succession planning and retention strategy
  • Implement and manage the annual performance & development review and renumeration schemes
  • Monitor and continue to increase employee engagement
  • Develop robust HR processes and procedures - systems and ER

The client is seeking a commercially minded Business Partner who comes from a sophisticated and progressive HR environment. Ideally you will possess experience working within blue chip organisations. Given the role is stand alone and will see you building the HR function - people who possess this experience will be highly regarded.
