£64,000k spot salary, pro-rata for 3 days per week
Permanent/ Part-Time (22.5 hours per week)

My client has an exciting part-time opportunity to work in a joint venture with an innovative partner to deliver a mixed use scheme in a prominent position in Westminster. You will act as a primary representative, for the organisation design development, planning stages, as well as starting on site. Working closely with senior stakeholders internally and externally you will need to ensure the detailed design and specification meets the needs of all parties.

Experience

*Experience of the management of complex projects to time and budget
*Experience of actively inputting and driving design development in urban environments
*Experience of planning procedure and process
*Experience of managing complex stakeholder relationships
*Good understanding of building and health and safety regulations
*Good understanding of risk management and reporting
*Good understanding and experience of report writing in a regulated environment

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

*Design Planning or Architecture background
*Excellent written and verbal communications skills with internal and external parties
*Educated to degree level or equivalent experience, ideally with a relevant professional qualification within the built environment.

As the client is keen for the candidate to hit the ground running previous experience of carrying out this type of role within development would be beneficial.
