HR Shared Services Manager - Birmingham

12 months FTC

£50,000-£55,000 plus benefits

An exciting opportunity for an experienced HRSS Manager to establish a team from scratch who will provide pro-active, personal administration and advisory services

The role will involve building the processes and service delivery, recruiting the team and liaising with IT to set up ticket system solution

Successful candidate will possess the following:

  • HR Shared Service leadership experience with significant operational experience
  • Organisational development experience- skilled in visioning new structures, job and process design
  • Customer Focus - experience building KPIs and SLAs to measure progress and celebrate success
  • Proven experience in quickly assessing, stabilising and building high performing teams
