Role: Capability / L&D Partner Industry: FMCG Location: Central London Salary: £80,000-£90,000 My client is looking for a Capability / L&D Partner to lead the development of learning solutions across the company. This role partners with key members of the European Leadership teams to identify the critical capability required, develop a learning plan and create a roadmap for future skills development. Responsibilities: Identify opportunities for performance improvement through capabilities.Ensure capability is a key influencer for transformation programmes.Leverage internal and external best practice solutions.Drive ambitious performance outcomes.Work closely with the Global Learning Centre of Excellence to ensure needs are met.Assess global and local resources and local faculties to ensure high levels of standards.Create learning experiences that are unique and best practice. Skills / Experiences: Global experience in talent development / L&D.Experience as a true business partner.Outstanding communication and presentation skills.Ability to inspire the company's European community.Diverse in thought process.Ability to analyse data.Experience in leading teams.
