Senior HR Advisor opportunity working for a global science and research organisation based in Teddington.

Client Details

A global science and research organisation based in Teddington looking for a HR Advisor to join their HR function.

Description

  • Provide HR support in line with the company values including resource planning, performance management, salary benchmarking, employee relations and organisational development.

  • Provide strong advice and support on handling and resolving complex employee relations issues.

  • Provide support to managers during the recruitment cycle including assessing resource requirements, salary benchmarking and supporting the management team with senior positions.

  • Implement the company performance management process.

  • Carry out training needs analysis for employees and make recommendations for appropriate training interventions.

  • Maintain accurate employee data in the central database we use, including coordination of international employee data

Profile

  • Exposure in a similar role for three years or more
  • Up to date knowledge of UK employment law
  • Create and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Manages conflict effectively
  • Adapts quickly and positively
  • High level of influencing skills
