This is an exciting role for an experienced Pay & Reward Specialist to join a market leading business. The business is currently going through significant transformation, a key part of which is the review and improvement of their Rewards and Benefits offering, making sure that it is fit for purpose and forms a coherent part of their people strategy.

You will work closely with the Head of Pay and Reward and your responsibilities will include

  • Reviewing the current methodology and making recommendations for change so the organisation is able to attract and retain talent.
  • Managing the project on a day to day basis ensuring robust communication to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Conducting external benchmarking.
  • Implementing an effective job evaluation process, ensuring that pay and benefits are determined fairly and consistently across the organisation.
  • Extracting and analysing pay data and working with finance to ensure future proposals are sustainable

The successful candidate will have

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to process large amounts of information quickly and accurately
  • A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively as well as meeting tight deadlines.
  • Proven experience within Pay and Reward
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build & maintain effective relationships with multiple stakeholders.

Salary - £35-39,000 + benefits
