Regional HR Advisor - Part Time - Term Time Only

An exciting opportunity has opened working for a market leader in their field as a regional HR Advisor, supporting operations across the Midlands and the South.

Advising, supporting and managing employee relations issues; coaching managers to enable them to feel confident in managing their people and understanding current challenges and advising on solutions will form part of the role. 

Flexibility is required with this role due to the geographical spread of the locations you are supporting but travel expenses will be reimbursed.

You will be CIPD qualified, presently operating in the HR generalist remit and hold excellent stakeholder management skills. TUPE experience is advantageous.

Where you reside is unimportant, however you would need to ensure that your sites that you are supporting are within easy access which include Peterborough, Cambridge, London, Oxford, Surrey and the South Coast. Your working week will be spent across these locations.
