HR Advisor

Your new company
We are exclusively working with a highly successful and growing service delivery business in Leeds, who urgently require a HR Advisor to support their HR team during a peak in work.

Your new role
Having been through a period of growth and acquisition, their HR team is incredibly busy and needs some additional resource, helping with generalist HR work as well as employee relations ER case work. You will be providing advice and guidance to Managers across the business on all aspects of policy and procedure, at all levels, as well as working on various HR projects.

What you'll need to succeed
This is a busy department, with a high volume of work, and so requires someone who has recent and relevant HR experience from working in a human resources department at HR Advisor, HR Officer or HR Consultant level. Up to date employment law knowledge and experience of ER casework are essential.
