A position required for UK local GA and HR operations that is currently outsourced to European Shared Service Centre. Some meetings will require occasional travel within the UK, and optional international travel to Belgium.

As the Human Resources Specialist you will be the UKs HR contact working closley alongsie the euroupeean HR shared service centre. Located in the Oxford office this newly created position will allow you make your mark on this business and allow you to progress within this business and focus on projects. You will be working in a inclusive business where your opinions and ideas are heard.

Description

As the Human Resources Specialist your duties will include:

  • Global HRGA project: implementation of SAP SuccessFactor in UK
  • UK Home-office project: implementation of Home-office employment in UK
  • Oxford office re-organisation/ review: Optimisation of the current Oxford office set up after home implementation.
  • Recruitment / On boarding / Training's /Appraisal Management of 2020 HR planning
  • Other HRGA tasks upon Brexit
  • Corporate Administrations
  • Management of Office Facilities and related outsourcing services
  • Assisting employees and manager on appropriate Human Resources and corporate procedures within company policy guidelines, and local laws and applies judgement of application for their business with the support of the European HR&GA team.
  • Assisting to develop, implement, review, adapt, interpret and address Human Resources policy primarily for the UK as bedded with employees and managers.
  • Support for payroll and benefits and management of its outsourcing services
  • Assisting general public and employee relations (except marketing/customer relations)
  • Supports managers, supervisors and employees during the annual performance appraisal, talent management process and company benefits policies / programs for employees in the UK upon request of European HR & GA team

Profile

  • High awareness for practical outputs, open minded, innovative, team worker and people minded.
  • Professional business English.
  • 3-5 years of General Administration experience
  • Human Resource experience
  • Basic PDCA and reporting skills. To be able to communicate/consult with supervisors when setting task priority.
  • Ability to manage, protect and maintain confidential information and to practice discretion in handling confidential and business information
  • Sound judgement of effective problem solving skills with the ability to resolve problems with tact, courtesy, empathy and diplomacy.
  • Flexibility
  • Excellent communication skills specifically employee relations and public relations.
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration or related subject.
  • 3 to 5 years of Corporate Administration experience and ideally HR experience.
