Our client based in Hertfordshire are looking to hire an experienced HR Business Partner into the team, initially on a 12 month FTC maternity cover on a part time basis: This can be worked across 3 full days (7.5 hours) or 4 shorter days per week, depending on the successful HR BP's preference.

The role of the HR Business Partner is very varied, encompassing employee relations, resource forecasting, employee engagement and the talent review process. It is a role which is closely aligned to the business and where you will have the opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders and ensure the people plan is delivered sucessfully through a period of change.

Proven delivery in the key areas of generalist HR with strong ER expertise

Experience working within or knowledge of Joint Ventures

Experience in coaching line managers through people matters

Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills

If you are looking for a part time position to begin in January (possibly before) on a part time basis and have the skill set required, please apply now!

Please note, the requirements above are essential and will be unable to consider candidates without the above experience.
