Part Time HR Business PartnerHertfordshire - Rickmansworth12 month Fixed Term£45,000 - £55,000 pa FTE22.5 hour per week Our client based in Hertfordshire are looking to hire an experienced HR Business Partner into the team, initially on a 12 month FTC maternity cover on a part time basis: This can be worked across 3 full days (7.5 hours) or 4 shorter days per week, depending on the successful HR BP's preference. The role of the HR Business Partner is very varied, encompassing employee relations, resource forecasting, employee engagement and the talent review process. It is a role which is closely aligned to the business and where you will have the opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders and ensure the people plan is delivered sucessfully through a period of change. To be considered, you must have; Proven delivery in the key areas of generalist HR with strong ER expertiseExperience in the mobilisation and/or demobilisation of contractsExperience working within or knowledge of Joint VenturesExperience in coaching line managers through people mattersStrong influencing and stakeholder management skills If you are looking for a part time position to begin in January (possibly before) on a part time basis and have the skill set required, please apply now!
