This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global organisation within the Manufacturing and Production industry. Their UK Head Office is based in Hertford and they are currently looking for a full time Customer Service Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

Client Details

The client is a multinational organisation within the Manufacturing and Production industry. They are currently seeking to appoint a Customer Service Manager on a permanent basis, to be based at their Offices in Hertford. The candidate will ideally have experience managing a team of 5-10 people, and also have experience overseeing Field Based/ Remote staff.

Description

  • Create and maintain a pleasant working environment, ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness, communication and safety
  • Coordinate all tasks for the back office team
  • First approval of invoices
  • Weekly/ Monthly reporting
  • Liaising with external suppliers
  • Act as a coaching/ development resource to employees in the team
  • Vacation and expenses approval, salary adjustments
  • In cooperation with HR, perform approved recruitment according to defined procedures
  • Support the functions in accordance with business initiatives and strategies to meet customer needs
  • Keep management informed by developing, reviewing and analysing data and reports
  • Continually promote best practice to be able to provide a high quality level of customer service
