Job Details
Page Personnel are partnering with a specialist legal firm in Leeds City Centre who are actively seeking a HR Assistant to join their forward-thinking HR team. This will be an integral role in the company, providing transactional support to the wider HR team including being the first point of contact for business stakeholders on queries regarding HR policies, reward, salaries and more.
Client Details
A specialist legal firm based in Leeds City Centre along with having a further 10 sites in the UK and 4 European sites. This HR Assistant role will sit in the close-knit and forward-thinking HR team who value progression and development.
Description
In a fast-paced and varied HR Assistant role based in Leeds, roles and responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:
- Supporting the Talent Attraction Specialist with recruitment processes
- Managing the employee onboarding process including preparing the offer letter and employment contract, organising reference calls, preparing induction packs and managing the induction onboarding
- Run system queries and produce reports as requested by the HR Advisors
- Prepare annual salary review data (March/April) and issue spreadsheets to managers, collate returned request data and compile master spreadsheets for use in Board review meetings
- Enrol staff and Shareholders onto the range of company benefit schemes and update the various providers
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years HR administration experience
- A genuine interest in and enjoyment of HR system and administration work
- Very high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively is essential
- A sense of humour!
Job Offer
Salary up to £24,000 + Performance bonus + Private health and dental care + Company funded social events
