Your new company
This public sector organisation are looking for an HR Assistant to join them initially until the end of March.
Your new role
You will support the HR team with essential tasks for the delivery of a high-quality service including the provision of first line advice and guidance on matters relating to the policy, practice and procedures of the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of supporting a busy, fast paced HR team with providing general advice and information to managers and employees on HR employment policy and procedures and T&Cs via the HR telephone and email. You will support with employee contract administration as well as recruitment and specialist HR support.
