  • Who we're looking forWe have identified the need for a Creative Project Coordinator within the Creative Centre Of Excellence Design Team. This role will be focused on managing our highest profile internal and external projects, covering proposals, campaigns, internal comms, film and animation and events.

    Working within a team of 7, reporting into the Sales Creative Lead. You will manage production of key projects from conception to completion, communicating with marketing teams, pursuit teams and key stakeholders to deliver world class projects. Following recognised processes to deliver efficiency, improvements and value for money at all times.

    You will work in unison with our external agencies and internal design teams to help drive creative standards across a number of channels. Helping manage production of projects, timelines and finances to run projects as smoothly as possible for all parties.

    The role will play a key part within the Creative Centre of Excellence and part of PwC’s in-house creative team within the Sales and Marketing function. A core team of 35 people, including designers, video producers and project managers in the UK to deliver highly creative design solutions to the UK and global firms.

  • Manage projects from end to end, including setting up and attending briefings, liaising with external and in-house agencies, preparing cost estimates and running the process from end to end, through the use of formal project management methodologies and aligned into team request criterias. .

  • Manage production of high quality, on-brand creative design output, and knowledge share across the business, acting as a brand ambassador. You will help drive the quality of the creative work produced, challenge ideas and innovate our offering.

  • You will be taking briefs from clients, challenging and questioning clients as appropriate. Able to discuss appropriate options for design and advising clients on best creative direction whilst adhering to brand guidelines.

  • Document all project information and produce regular updates and reports for any change in scope. As well as document all client communication and manage client expectations at all times with appropriate communication.

  • Responsible for gathering project completion feedback and organising project debrief meetings/calls.

  • You will help the team think bigger, better, bolder, challenging when you feel we could deliver better. You’ll help them think ‘art of the possible’.

  • Role requirements
  • Instinctive project management skills, and Prince 2, Agile/Kanban or similar methodology trained an advantage.

  • Demonstrate knowledge of repro, print and digital/online delivery.

  • Excellent copy-checking skills, perfect English spelling and grammar and an eye for detail.

  • Proven track record of building project plans, managing third party suppliers and managing client budgets to deliver on time and to budget.

  • Ability to influence clients actively and positively in terms of brand management, budgets, creative and technical process and available timescales.

  • You’ll be experienced in effectively managing the progress of projects, supplying documentation for each stage of the project, including eliciting final sign-off from client.

  • Excellent skills in MS Office. Google for Work tools would be an advantage. Understanding of Adobe CC an advantage.

  • Take a client-centred approach, excellent interpersonal skills and calm in a high pressure environment.

  • Ability to work autonomously under the direction from senior team members.

  • Working with clients to help them articulate their messages. Then work with our external and inhouse agencies to translate them into relevant and compelling creative solutions.

  • A wealth of project management experience in the design industry with experience of working on and delivering on multiple projects with various deadlines.

  • Strong communication, persuasion and presentation skills relevant to all levels of staff and partners, with the ability to explain the value of design as effective communication.

  • Ability to think broadly, influence and challenge senior internal clients and stakeholders.

  • The role will suit someone who is calm under pressure, highly organised and methodical and able to make informed decisions rapidly and accurately.

  • A positive and flexible ‘can do’ and ‘hands on’ attitude, with a client-centred approach, excellent interpersonal skills and a healthy sense of humour. You will also be keen to learn and develop yourself.
