PwC, one of the Big4 Financial Services organisations located at London Bridge is looking for an experienced Executive Secretary to provide support two senior Assurance Partners and a Business Support Leader, all working within the Assurance line of service. The successful candidate will work alongside other PA's with the Assurance BCM National Audit team.

Responsibilities
  • Full diary management responsibility , ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings for internal and external meetings or events, coordinating with all relevant parties to ensure the best possible use of time and resolving clashes/conflicts appropriately. Proactive time management on behalf of your Partners and Director.

  • Deal proactively with incoming correspondence/enquiries - e.g. mail, email, responding on behalf of your Partners and Director as appropriate. Ability to create filters and folders within your Partners in-box to manage their communications to ensure that appropriate follow-up action is taken.

  • Take ownership of all enquiries, resolving or escalating (or identifying alternative contacts) as appropriate.

  • Manage and maintain key groups for communication purposes.

  • Project manage and organise large events or similar activities as appropriate to the role. Attend meetings to take actions/notes, circulating actions to attendees and ensure tasks are complete.

  • Demonstrate strong organisational skills, regularly act on own initiative, highlighting issues and suggesting possible solutions.

  • Full responsibility for end to end worldwide travel, anticipate and coordinate travel and meeting arrangements. Produce full itinerary for all trips.

  • Tech enabled, advanced knowledge of Google suite desired, self learner that continues to self develop.

  • Good working knowledge of Linkedin, Twitter - these will be used for personal and business purposes to increase your social media presence and visibility.

  • Ad hoc project management

  • External client and PA relationship management, ensuring advanced working relationships, management of Salesforce to update all client contacts, produce management information reports on client accounts.

  • Ability to upwardly manage multiple senior stakeholders workloads and demands, taking full ownership and autonomy to meet the demands of the role.

  • Background / experience of ideal candidate
  • Experience supporting at Senior Partner level (or equivalent) as a Senior PA or Secretary within a large corporate organisation (like the Big 4) or financial services.

  • Experience of managing a high volume of work, providing full secretarial support to more than one person.

  • Proven time management experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels

  • Good project management skills including event management experience.

  • Experience of building networks and relationships with both clients and their PAs, ability to create effective working relationships with both internal and external to the firm.
