A leading Financial Services organisation are looking for a HR Advisor to join the team. The company is operating across all major European geographies with 150 employees, beautiful open planned offices based in Central London. This is a very attractive proposition for an HR Advisor/Generalist to come in and work alongside the Head of HR. You will operate in a broad role but must be comfortable taking ownership of all aspects. This is incredibly high touch. Main duties are as follows;Manage on/off boarding process - contracts/lettersLead on all employee relations casesOversee and support recruitmentManage relationships with agencies and hiring ManagersTraining and performance managementPoint of contact for payroll which is outsourcedCoordinate compensation cycleAssist with development planningImplement systemsManage the compensations and benefits You will be the main point of contact within the office, this role offers incredible progression and scope to develop. Candidate Profile:Proven experience in a HR Generalist/Advisor capacityGraduateSystem savvy using a HRIS and strong Excel (V Look Ups/Pivot Tables)Expectational attention to detailMust be a strong communicatorProactiveCommercially minded
