The organisation you will be joining require an organised and thorough Recruitment Coordinator to support them until the end of January 2020 to assist them during a busy time.

Your new role

You will be supporting the Internal Recruitment team by advertising roles online, screening CV's, coordinating interviews, assisting with assessment centres and managing the on boarding process for new starters. This is a customer facing role and to ensure all applications to the organisation have a brilliant candidate experience, you will ensure all contact they have with the recruitment function is professional and credible.

What you'll need to succeed

You will ideally have previous experience of working within a recruitment function. A sound knowledge of the recruitment process, right to work checks and candidate attraction tools will be highly beneficial.
