Resourcing Coordinator | FTC | Manchester | Circa £25,000
Your new company
Global, Successful Software Solutions Organisation Based in Manchester are seeking to appoint a resourcing coordinator to join their dynamic team in this initially on a FTC basis within their forward thinking technical organisation.
Your new role
You'll support the Head of Resourcing and provide a comprehensive recruitment coordination service to internal stakeholders and candidates alike. You'll be driven and capable of autonomously managing and prioritising your own workload within a trusting and responsible working culture offering flexibility and home working options .
You will be committed and passionate regarding the service you provide and in particular around candidate experience to ensure you help attract and secure the best talent to the business. Your duties will include providing telephone guidance to global candidates, full administrative support, candidate selection, CV & application vetting, telephone interviews, interview booking and coordination and vacancy posting.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven Experience in a recruitment role
- Candidate Attraction Strategy
- Experience recruiting for IT roles
- Excellent Organisation Skills
- Meticulous Attention to Detail
- Ability to develop relationships with stakeholders and candidates
- Strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel & Outlook
- Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
