HR Project Support

We are working with an exciting business in Cheltenham to recruit an HR Advisor, starting immediately on a 2-3 Month Contract.

You will work closely with the HR Manager to support the business and team through transforamtion and change. This will involve TUPE, process improvements, policy updating and creation along with improving utilisation of a recently implemented system. You will also support BAU and the administration HR team getting involved in recruitment administration, providing advice to manager or employees, reporting and act as a point of contact for queries from the organisation.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a changing environment, is good with systems and has an eye for process improvements. You need to have great communication skills in order to build good working relationships quickly and attention to detail. You need to be organised, comfortable working in a fast paced environment and happy to help within any area of HR.

This is a great opportunity to support a business through change and play a hands of role within this team. Although initially a 2-3 month contract there is scope for the this contract to be extended or become permanent for the right person.
