Reporting to the Group HRD, who is based in London you will be responsible for:

  • Providing business strategy, insights, guidance and support to stakeholders, HR peers, and the wider business in relation to organisational effectiveness, performance, change management, culture and employee engagement.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR practices, working as part of the HR team, focusing on headcount planning and management, talent management and reward.
  • Working with the rest of the HR team and the wider business to review and assess the effectiveness of HR, taking responsibility for the successful implementation of any new systems and processes, in line with business and statutory requirements and identifying opportunities for improvements on existing processes.

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior HR Business Partner and it is essential that you can demonstrate the following:

  • A familiarity with high growth businesses
  • Excellent influencing skills with the ability to robustly challenge when required
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with ambiguity
  • A natural style of a completer / finisher, well organised with strong attention for detail
  • Strong team playing skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Experience in re-organisations and integration
  • Ability to support an entrepreneurial leader
  • Knowledge of working with both operations and technology
  • Degree and CIPD qualified
