Permanent position for Telesales, Appointment Setters to join a well established organisation.

Client Details

My client is a well established organisation who have an urgent requirement for Telesales agents to work in their contact centre.

You will be joining a successful sales team who work in a positive, progressive, modern working environment.

Description

About the role:

The purpose of the role is to cold call leads, speak with a provided list of companies, introduce yourself, the business and its services and conduct a fact find to identify a need and generate appointments for a colleague to visit them on site.

Daily duties will include:

Establishing relationships with new clients through proactive phone activity following up lead data

Providing information to customers on the company's services

Recording information collected from sales activity carried out

Profile

About you:

A background in telesales with a proven track record of achievements

Self-motivated and target-driven

Proactive salesperson

Experience of cold calling

Excellent telephone manner and communication skills

The ideal candidate will have a friendly, persuasive phone manner and will be resilient.

Job Offer

Up to £22,000 per annum + uncapped commission
