Oakleaf Partnership are working with a large consultancy recruiting for a Reward Consultant. This is a permanent role within a growing team.The role will include: Owning and developing client relationships.Market research and competitor analysis.Working on projects that develop and impliment client reward strategies. To be considered for this role you will have: A solid understanding of the financial services sector.Excellent understanding of compensation and the issues affecting reward structures.Excellent interpersonal skillsExperience with data analysis and modelling techniques.
