Brand new opportunity for a skilled and passionate Trainer to join this industrious business.

Client Details

Well known manufacturing company.

Description

The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:


Work closely with department managers to continually improve the companies training delivery

Work closely with managers to identify in-house training needs

Ensure that all employee training files are up to date at all times and recorded in the system

Deliver training to all personnel, including inductions and compliance related training

Support the Training Manager in sourcing and arranging external training courses when necessary

Demonstrate practicality and pro activeness through seeking new ways to complete training and assessments

Analyse the effectiveness of training completed, as well as the need for any follow up sessions

Setting up online eLearning training when required and support where needed

Undertake any ad-hoc projects or duties as required by the Training Manager

Deliver training to all staff at two Company locations

Profile

The successful candidate will have a minimum of one years hands on training experience, as well as:

Strong communication skills - both verbal and written

Punctuality and able to deliver to deadlines

Strong computer skills (especially Microsoft Office packages like Word, Excel and Powerpoint)

Be a team player

Worked in an industrial background (manufacturing, food manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, etc)
