Reward Specialists

Oakleaf Partnership are working with a large consultancy firm in the City of London, recruiting for roles at the Consultant and Manager level.

The role will include:

Contributing to reward design/ strategy projects within the Reward consuting team.

Gather data, analsye the results and develop recommendations and insights to support client.

Seek new business opportunities for reward design / strategy.

Seek opportunities to introduce, enhance or standardise company products and services.

The successful applicant for the role will have the following:

Excellent Excel skills.

Experience within a compensation/benefits function or consulting experience.

Experience in data analysis and reporting

Experience of producing and presenting reports.
