Description

The key responsibilities of this Training Coordinator are as follows:

Provide Induction training for all new starters on the Transport department

Work with L&D teams to update training materials as required

Ensure all company SOP's are compliant with H&S and site specific needs

Lead employee training sessions on legal and compliance requirements in line with relevant policies

Perform regular audits on materials, SOP's and colleague safety

Create and manage all colleague feedback and review on a regular basis

Support colleagues with all aspects of training from joining the business, through to induction and throughout their time at the company

Ensure that colleagues are equipped with the right tools to carry out their work effectively

Profile

Looking for a candidate with the following:

Able to communicate and influence across a varied stakeholder group

Background in a Manufacturing environment is desirable
