Supporting the Head of HR with the development and roll out of HR strategy for this new site  this role will have both a strategic and an operational focus and will be key in providing a first-class HR service.

You will be highly emotionally intelligent, have excellent influencing and problem solving skills and a collaborative way of working, to ensure a real high-performance culture.
