CAREER DEVELOPMENT:

This is a great opportunity for the right person to develop their career in People systems and analytics in a business that is data-driven and hungry for MI, and to work with one of the leading HR systems globally. There will also be the opportunity to contribute to the implementation of the Learning and Talent features which will form Phase 2 of the project.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Act as system administrator for Workday, managing permissions, business processes, data and configuration maintenance and mass structure changes
*Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through Workday, working with the wider People team and other stakeholders to maximise adoption and value
*Understand changing business requirements and design and implement configured solutions to meet them
*Maintain close relationships with system admins in other areas to ensure that plans do not conflict and that the internal Workday community have a shared direction and understanding of enhancements
*Manage product releases, testing and implementing new features and managing the rollout to the business
*Partner with area champions to ensure best practice is followed and users are educated to get the best out of the system
*Continuously improve the people analytics delivered through Workday to a range of distinct internal customer groups, using reports and dashboards
*Develop and deliver any off-system MI and analysis required, including regular and ad-hoc requests
*Conduct the regular colleague surveys, managing the supplier relationship and producing reports and analysis on the outcomes
*Completing regular returns required internally and externally e.g. CASS attestations, ONS returns
*Ensure the highest level of confidentiality is maintained in the treatment of colleagues' personal data
*Actively work as part of the People team, in particular sharing specialist knowledge and providing technical expertise to contribute to a variety of projects
