Chief People Officer

Frazer Jones is partnering with a dynamic and value-led Property & Construction organisation that puts people at its core focus. To continue to drive its exciting transformation project and ambitious plans to be a great place to work, they have decided to appoint a Chief People Officer.

As the Chief People Officer, you will lead a HR team of 50 to create and drive the people agenda in-line with a new transformation project. Operating in a UK-mobile role you will have the opportunity to work with other C-suite execs to drive the transformation agenda and the ambitious plans in place for the business. Reporting directly to the CEO and sitting at board level, you will be the trusted advisor on all People related matters and will implement and lead on the digital transformation project.

Having recently been through a successful merger, the organisation is able to build more new homes and invest more into a customer focused strategy enabling their customers to thrive. People are at the core of the strategy and the Chief People Officer role will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the culture and values of the organisation are prevalent in everything it does. The role has the opportunity to become an 'agitator' and challenge the status quo, bringing fresh ideas from outside of the sector and ensuring they are fit for the future. This role will give you the opportunity to drive some crucial projects including developing an improving the employer brand and becoming an employer of choice across the region and all sectors and the leading employer within their own. Being a key leader in a people centric business you will develop a clear People Strategy and lead on the migration of multiple systems on to one platform and ensure this is run seamlessly and with consideration to a multi-site (field based) operating model.

In order to be successful in this role you will be a experienced senior HR professional, having worked across a matrix organisation with multiple sites (field based workforce). You will be commercial and Tech savvy whilst always being able to see the importance of a people agenda that is aligned with the organisation's goals but without losing sight of its values and ethos. Ideally you will be in a Director level role or equivalent CPO and will be comfortable with some UK based travel.
