Job Details
The post holder will be required to slit their time between providing administrative support to the HR Manager and providing a PA function to the Directors. The ideal candidate will have an experience in a General Administration/PA role. You must be well organised, be able to prioritise and being able to multitask.

Description
As the HR Administrator your duties will consist of but not be limited to
Providing secretarial & administrative services to Directors and HR Manager including drafting correspondence, taking minutes, preparing data reports, presentations and maintaining office procedures.
Acting as the first point of contact for general day to day enquires over the phone and in person.
To assist with co-ordinating the new joiner administration from offer letters, inductions, uniform and PPE issue and through to reference requests completion and DBS check submissions.
Training administration including issuing and collating induction checklists and issuing and monitoring training evaluation forms; booking of training courses; maintaining training records.
To assist HR Manager and supporting managers with administration of the annual appraisal, disciplinary and grievance documentation including diarising Periodic reviews.
To assist HR Manager with policy and procedure writing and implementation
To administer Absence management system, training documents and to monitoring probation reviews.
Maintaining and updating Company's employee personnel data (electronic & paper).
To administer payroll relating approved paperwork required for monthly processing.
Provide support to the HR Manager in relation to coordinate Company events, e.g. invitations, room bookings; building facilities maintenance, e.g. sourcing electricians, plumber etc.
To assist with maintenance of Company vehicle fleet, e.g. booking MOT & service, administration of departmental cost breakdown and accident reporting.
To assist HR Manager with the maintenance of company documentation, Health and Safety records and systems as set out in the ISO9001 Procedures Manual.
Carry out any ad hoc duties in order to support the HR department as determined by the Head of HR. i.e. searching for new potential supplier, obtaining competitive quotations, chasing ongoing queries and to assist with online purchase of company equipment and stationary
Profile

- 6 Months experience in a similar position.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good planning and organisational and report writing skills
- Demonstrates an ability to work with people at many levels of the organisation
- A person able to adopt a hands on approach within the Company

- Berinsfield (Near Wallingford, Didcot, Abingdon, Oxford)
- 8:30am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday
- 20days holiday + bank holidays
