Job Details
The Recovery Focus Group implemented Workday in January 2019 following a comprehensive procurement and implementation exercise. Workday is a state of the art ‘all in one’ HR, Payroll and Finance system which will facilitate the delivery of an efficient and effective back office function so that we are fit for purpose to meet our ambitious growth plans for the future.
Following the initial implementation and transition period, we are now looking to recruit a permanent HR Systems Manager to ensure we continue to develop and utilise the system to ensure ongoing and longer term benefits and efficiencies from the system.
The HR Systems Manager will provide the strategic leadership and coordination for Workday maintenance and development working closely with the functional leads across POD, Payroll and Finance. The role will therefore be required to work flexibly in a matrix reporting structure across a number of teams (including HR Shared Services, Recruitment, L&D, Finance, Payroll and IT).
In addition the postholder will also be responsible for managing the bi-annual Workday upgrades, ensuring that all functions are aware of the changes and to manage the appropriate system testing for all changes and updates.
The postholder can be based at one of our offices in London or Liverpool.
The salary for this post is £44,650.00 - £47,000.00 per annum. An additional £3,250.00 will be applicable if the postholder is based in London.
