Employment Project Manager - Legal

A Magic Circle law firm based in The City are recruiting for a Employment Project Manager to join their team. The role will support the MD and Leadership team in implementing a strategic resourcing and employment model change. As Employment Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

Providing rigour and structure to the implementation through effective project management

Ensuring all HR, finance, operational, technology and compliance requirements have been identified and responded to

Bringing about a positive change management experience for all stakeholder groups impacted with clear communications and reporting

As Employment Project Manager, you will possess:

Strong experience in business project management within organisational change/HR/tax/legal experience

Strong communication skills

Strong stakeholder management skills including influencing and negotiation
