We are supporting them with their search in finding a Reward Manager.As the Reward Manager, you will be reporting into the Head of Reward and will have responsibilities including:Managing the annual reward cycleDesigning and delivering reward policiesTaking ownership of job architecture and gradingSupporting with the management of company benefitsWorking on annual reward projectsWe are looking for someone who has experience working within reward and has been the lead on reward projects.To be considered, please apply accordingly
