Description
This is a brand new role working for a leading national energy business as their ER Advisor travelling regionally in the role
The regional will be to cover Sheffield down to North London with over night stays as required. This is an autonomous role offering exposure and working independently.
- High volume ER case management with written outcomes
- Coaching, upskilling and developing managers
- Advising on all HR and ER matters
- Advising employment law, policy and procedure
- Project work
