An fastastic opportunity for an individual with iTrent experience as Head of Pay and Reward leading a HR function within a reputable London based, non-departmental public body.
Client Details
The central London based organisation is a well-established, reputable Public Sector organisation.
Description
The successful Head of Pay and Reward will be required to assist with workforce planning and will implement new processes and procedures
Manage and develop the pay and reward team, to build team resilience and capability
Fully embed iTrent payroll HR functionality in a phased approach
Ensuring pay and pension queries are resolved to required deadlines
Lead on the preparation and implementation of pay awards covering both staff and senior civil servants, preparing costed proposals, in accordance with Treasury and Cabinet Office guidelines
Manage contracts with external pay and benefits providers and ensure that services are delivered in line with contract terms
Develop and implement improved HR management information, making use of iTrent to ensure this can be prepared accurately and quickly, along with advice and insight to accompany the MI
Profile
As Head of Pay and Reward you:
Must be confident and experienced with iTrent
Must have experience in leading a dynamic team and building resilience and capacity
Be able to demonstrate their knowledge of HR payroll systems and databases, reward strategy and policy, HR transactional duties including pension queries, workforce planning and provision of management information to aid decision making
Highly effective communication and relationship building skills, both verbal and written
Analytical skills, applied in relation to pay and reward, workforce planning and people MI
Be able to communicate and work effectively across disciplines, including HR and Finance
Be able to deliver commercially focused projects to a tight deadline
Have experience with Civil Service Reward and HRIS
