Your new role
This is a brand new role within the business for a HR & Systems Implementation Lead to lead a project that will drive change and truly shape the way the national business operates.
The role is to take the lead in rolling out the new HR and Payroll System that will streamline processes and business performance.
You will leading the day to day operations of the HR Shared Services and its team (which includes all aspects of HR and Payroll) the HR Analytics of the business, as well as ensuring the effective implementation of the new nationwide system (HR and Payroll)
You will work closely with the wider HR, Payroll and Recruitment teams to improve process, working to "lean" practices".

This is a truly exciting and challenging new permanent role in a professional and continually improving/developing business.

Ideally they are looking for a January 2020 start date to meet project timelines and targets.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will be a Senior HR Generalist with experience in HRIS and HR/Payroll systems implementation and project management/project lead. Ideally you will have worked in a complex matrix organisation, have staff/team management experience and experience or knowledge of HR Shared Service environments.
A CIPD qualification would also be beneficial to this role.
