A boutique financial services business are currently looking for an HR Manager to join on a 12 month basis. This role will support a Head of HR who was brought in to shape up the HR function and put policy, process and structure in place.

Acting as their no.2 this role will be responsible for:

  • Establish role definition and re-structuring of teams
  • Manage end to end recruitment process from job definition to induction
  • Developing and implementing recruitment processes
  • Experience of TUPE transfers, acquisitions and mergers
  • Experience on establishing and implementing GDPR processes and policies including the cleansing of data and routinely updating in line with regulations.
  • Experience of setting up employment in other countries both employed by the UK company and proposal to be employed by our companies outside the UK (currently Netherlands) as well as establishing dual contracts for staff in both Europe and UK etc
  • Deal with complex ER issues and provide guidance and support for line managers
  • Experience of working in financial services with a good understanding of FCA regulations and the SMCR implementation
