My client are a leading software IT company who are growing rapidly and looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to come in and support them in their London office. Being a results-driven business means they need someone who has worked in a similar environment, under pressure and fast-paced, with the ability to take ownership of your area of the business.

You will have the ability to juggle a number of day to day BAU as well as exciting projects, making efficient decisions and have the ability to make stuff happen. It's vital you can roll up your sleeves and get things done by implementing new initiatives, processes and policies. You will also be able to see the "big picture", being influential and able to step in when you foresee implications of what is being delivered.

You will regularly partner with the Executive team and report directly into the HR Director. A key focus for the People team are to focus on leading and embedding a strong culture change, so you will have proven experience in doing this. You will partner with other areas of the HR team collaborating on OD, recruitment, L&D and talent, as well as having strong involvement in coaching and advising managers on all of HR best practice.

Experience working with c-suite level is vital for this role, as well as being part of a growing business. As a company they are strong on wellbeing so flexible working is available to everyone.
