Role: Senior HR Business Partner - EMEA

Salary: £75,000 + bonus

My client are a leading e-commerce business who are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join their London office in an EMEA focussed role. You will support Germany, Italy, France and Spain, so experience in working with these countries is a must. You will be highly experienced working with senior leadership at executive level, across multiple countries as you will support several leadership teams of the European business. Flexibility to travel to these location is also needed with up to 30% travel in order to get that face to face time with stakeholders.

You will work with these HR leaders and teams to create and implement effective HR programmes that support their dynamic and growing workforce across the EU. The ability to recognise and ensure these plans are aligned to the business priorities is key, as well as monitoring effectiveness through tracking key measurements. There will be plenty of involvement in data-driven recommendations in order to make improvements on all of the below:

employee engagement

succession planning

retention

talent management and development

Involvement in a number of projects is also available such as Diversity & Inclusion, performance management and people development, so if you have a passion for this be ready to lead on it!

This role requires someone with the ability to think strategically, collaborate with multiple teams, locations and levels around the world, contributing to drive their key initiatives and projects.

You will have HR qualifications and ideally have worked within the retail or e-commere espace.
