HR Assistant

Temporary HR Assistant job in Manchester city centre paying up to £12.80 per hour

We are looking to recruit for a well known events and conferencing organisation based in Manchester City Centre on an on-going temporary basis for a HR Assistant. Although the role is permanent there is definitely an opportunity for the right candidate to prove themselves and potentially be offered something more longer term. Duties include:

• General HR transnational duties including producing letters and contracts

• Working on the HR Information system and ensuring records are up to date and information entered accurately.

• Producing reports on the HR Information System

• End to end recruitment duties including producing advertisements, job specs, dealing with applications, booking interviews, sending out offers and managing the on-boarding process including any compliance checks
• Assisting with basic level policy queries

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experience HR candidate who has gained at least 12 months experience of working within a HR Admin/Assistant level role.
Ideally candidates will have experience of using a HR Information system
Also experience of managing end to end recruitment processes will be essential
Must be immediately available to start the role
