Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with one of the most recognisable transport brands in the UK. We are supporting them with their search in finding a Reward Manager.
As the Reward Manager, you will be reporting into the Head of Reward and will have responsibilities including:
- Managing the annual reward cycle
- Designing and delivering reward policies
- Taking ownership of job architecture and grading
- Supporting with the management of company benefits
- Working on annual reward projects
- We are looking for someone who has experience working within reward and has been the lead on reward projects.
