My client a multinational Professional Services organisation are looking to hire a HR Business Partner to support their corporate functions in London.

The purpose of this role is to establish and lead a strategy for the delivery of HR support to corporate functions which drives organizational performance.

Contribute towards the strategic development of HR policies and draft new policies for the London office

Line management of a HR Administrator an HR Officer

Manage and regularly update London HR documentation relating to processes and policies, ensuring legal compliance, and management of communications relating to any changes

Identify any issues around processes and systems in London and make necessary changes or consider alternative options, to ensure smooth delivery of London HR operations

Run and manage HR projects based in London, and support on global HR projects which require input from London HR

Develop and execute HR initiatives which will add value and provide opportunity for the London office (e.g. apprenticeship scheme and wellbeing) and ensure smooth implementation and communication to the business

Manage the cost effective & efficient delivery of HR services and administration in the London office, offering ongoing expert advice to help optimise and improve the London HR related processes and the right balance/allocation of work within the team

Provide advice on employee relations issues including disciplinary and performance issues for administrative support, professional and managerial employees across the London office, in alignment and coordination with HR Advisors/HRBPs

Manage termination processes, with special focus on compromise agreements and

Conduct training needs analysis and recommend appropriate & cost-effective training and development interventions which support the London office

This role is imperative to ensuring the effective implementation and alignment of people related services within the London office to help drive organisation performance.
