Job Details
A London-based Architectural firm is looking for an HR Manager to join their team on a 10-month fixed-term contract.
Key responsibilities of this include:
- Collaborate with the Senior Managers to ensure strong teamwork
- Assist in the design and implementation of HR Management approach in line with the needs of the business
- Ownership of the recruitment and ensuring a fair and cost-effective selection process is implemented
- Overseeing all induction programme for new starters
- Ensuring policies are updated, communicated and implemented consistently and regularly
- Offer 'open door' and provide advice to employees on work related issues and ensure all issues are handled professionally
- Managing all of the training and development for the architects and other staff whilst also assisting managers with this process
- Manage the staff benefits in collaboration with the Finance Partner
This person will:
- Have at least 5 years experience in a similar role and environment
- Be CIPD qualified preferably
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be very personable
