A London-based Architectural firm is looking for an HR Manager to join their team on a 10-month fixed-term contract.

Key responsibilities of this include:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Managers to ensure strong teamwork
  • Assist in the design and implementation of HR Management approach in line with the needs of the business
  • Ownership of the recruitment and ensuring a fair and cost-effective selection process is implemented
  • Overseeing all induction programme for new starters
  • Ensuring policies are updated, communicated and implemented consistently and regularly
  • Offer 'open door' and provide advice to employees on work related issues and ensure all issues are handled professionally
  • Managing all of the training and development for the architects and other staff whilst also assisting managers with this process
  • Manage the staff benefits in collaboration with the Finance Partner

This person will:

  • Have at least 5 years experience in a similar role and environment
  • Be CIPD qualified preferably
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be very personable
